This is the second time I have used John Hancock for my trip insurance and I have not yet had an incident that required me to file a claim. However it is priced lower than the travel clubs insurance plans and the coverage appears to be adequate so I would use this plan again.

The web site made it so easy to get this insurance and was just what I was looking for. Price was very reasonable.
