Since I did not have any claims I cannot really give a fully satisfied star review. The price for the policy appeared very competitive and reviews, even for those with claims, were good. We had planned a cruise with my aging parents. When it become clear my mom's health would prevent us from traveling, we submitted a claim with supporting documents. Customer Service was nice and pleasant to work with when we had a question. Within three weeks we had our refund!
