After traveling to and through Papua New Guinea, we were glad to be covered for all eventualities since this is a touch place logistically to travel. It's really difficult to rate insurance when you haven't filed a claim or had to utilize the service. At least on paper, the policy covered what we needed to cover, which was medical evacuation if needed from a third world country where med services are virtually nonexistent. And the InsureMyTrip website was really useful in narrowing our options, as well as helping with comparison shopping.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
Fortunately all went well and I did not need to file a claim. But I am impressed with the level of communication from CSA (including their email just before the trip, reminding me to print out my confirmation email and take it with me), which gives me the confidence that they would have been responsive if I had needed them. They were also very helpful at the time of purchase, when I needed to link two separate policies since my travel companion was in another state, which was handled promptly and accurately by a customer service representative.
