FrontierMEDEX Assistance Corporation is a travel assistance company, which utilizes highly trained, multilingual coordinators in conjunction with an extensive information and communication system to assist international travelers with all types of medical and travel-related emergencies.

FrontierMEDEX assists travelers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with services ranging from physician referrals to the coordination of complex medical evacuations functioning much like an "international 911".

In the event a traveler sustains an injury, develops an illness or incurs any travel-related emergency, FrontierMEDEX is available worldwide via toll-free access numbers that are listed on an identification card issued to each member. A FrontierMEDEX coordinator will assess the situation and help locate appropriate medical care or provide other assistance, as required.

MEDEX Insurance Services, Inc.

Established in 1999, MEDEX Insurance Services (MIS) is a licensed insurance agency and third party administrator that specializes in excess medical coverage for international travelers and expatriates.

MIS markets insurance products under the TravMed brand name. The TravMed product line offers a solution for any individual traveling or living in any location outside of their home country.

As a third party administrator, MIS provides claims processing and plan administration to FrontierMEDEX's core product line. Additionally, FrontierMEDEX offers TPA services on an Administrative Services Only (ASO) basis to large self-funded and partially funded groups with international medical exposures.
