How it Works

People who purchase travel insurance plans know what works and what doesn't. That's why we've added ratings and reviews to our website, so you can benefit from the expertise of our customers.

The Review Process

Here's how reviews appear on our website:

  1. When they return from their trip, every customer receives an email inviting them to submit a review.
  2. Reviews are read by our Customer Care staff to make sure they are appropriate and helpful for other customers before they appear on the site. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
  3. Reviews appear on our website usually within 48 hours after they are submitted.
  4. Other customers, insurance providers, and our Customer Care staff may comment on reviews.

Average Ratings

Each review has an average rating, based on the Coverage, Cost, Claims, and Satisfaction ratings submitted by the reviewer. Each insurance plan has an average rating, based on all the reviews submitted for that plan. Providers and plan types (such as Package plans) also have average ratings.
