They did not reimburse me properly for my trip cancellation for more than 48 hours by the airline.

I bought the WorldTrips Atlas Journey Economy plan in early 2023 because I'm always a little bit concerned when traveling in Middle East. In this case, I was going on a private tour through Native Eye, an E.U. travel company, to Saudi Arabia. The policy I purchased specifically covers for terrorist activity. Several months after Israel was attacked and things escalated in the Middle East, I received a notice from the U.S. State Department warning not to travel to Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries because of extreme danger and the likeliness of terrorist activity. I canceled my trip with Native Eye and filed a claim requested that my deposit be returned. My claim was denied. I wrote several e-mails to WorldTrips and found them to be very elusive and noncommunicative. To this day, I have never gotten a reasonable explanation why the claim was denied, other than to receive policy "boilerplate" terms and conditions. I would not recommend using this Company.
