Coverage was well explained prior to purchase and easy for which to apply. I found having the coverage made me more comfortable with my travel plans. I really appreciated the email prior to departure reminding me how to handle the coverage information for myself and my family and wishing me well on the trip --- thanks.

My flight was cancelled, so I called and asked them what I should do and I was transferred 4 times. Nobody could help me. The claims department was closed. Luckily the airline put me on a different flight for no additional cost. I am not happy with the customer service from this company.
