Had to cancel cruise due to illness, the claim service center was very helpful, sent me the forms, gave me directions on what needed to be obtained. Had some issues with Delta, the CS rep helped me get what I needed. Very prompt service.

I assessed the plan when I purchased it, compared it with several others, and thankfully did not need to use the plan and therefore I did not look at it again. It was a secure feeling to know the plan was in effect and the coverage was more than adequate.
The Danube Riverboat cruise from Vienna to Bucharest was excellent and interesting. The Guides were candid and forthcoming with good information and current living conditions and those under Communist rule in addition to a review of history. The food was organic and fresh, (I'm still thinking about those tasty tomatoes) with dinners planned to represent the various countries along the Danube. I continue to think about what a saw and heard on this unique trip and in spite of America's struggles at this time, I appreciate it all the more, in so many ways.

It took about 6-8 weeks to get our claim handled. First we were told they did not receive it then they did find it after we submitted it a second time. We did get great satisfaction after we spoke with the manager. We received our money shortly after.

LOVE IMT...they are there to help you get the best plan/coverage for your needs. It is good to have peace of mind. We didn't to use it, thank goodness. Thanks for being there.

The only snag for me was that I was never emailed my confirm and had to call to get it. Otherwise no complaints

The agent at the 800# was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find the best plan. The option I selected was about half the cost of the plan offered by the tour operator and had more coverage. Thankfully, we did not have to make a claim.

Yes I would recommend you. I feel so thankful that I didn't need the ins. but I felt so safe knowing that if something had happened I would be able to get home as quick as I could and not worry about the extra money I would need. It was a safe feeling.

My review is of limited value because I am not sure how the IATCP plan would have performed if I had a claim. Fortunately, our trip was without incident, and we had a great time. I always wonder whether the insurance I purchase will actually cover my wife and I if either of us had a serious medical problem. Hopefully, we will never have to find out. If we had a problem and IATCP honored our claims, I would upgrade the rating to 5 stars.
