Your website is simple to follow, and easy to execute, which is just as well as I was in a distressed condition. Of course, the real test of the plan is when you have to use it, and I am grateful that we didn't need it, but the online order process was simple, the benefits explained with reasonable clarity, and we could therefore not worry about that aspect of being abroad.

My problem was getting the policy. I had asked that it be mailed to me. It never came. I asked again and was told it had been requested. It never came. Finally, I asked that it be e-mailed to me. Then I got it. The 2 people I talked to both said they would call the company but who knows what happened.
