The plan provided all the coverage we thought we would need at an acceptable price - and one much lower than that offered by the tour agency. The procedure to purchase the plan was very easy and straightforward. We did not need to file a claim so we can't comment on that part of the policy.

It seems as though whenever I do have to make a claim an item or incident is not covered by my policy. My phone was pickpocketed in Russia and of course as always, this "item" was not covered.
I take the insurance because I have an elderly parent who. I'm wondering, if in the event I would have to cancel a trip because of an illness, what are the chances that there would be some "reason" that my insurance would not cover this?

I feel as though only the people who have a claim should fill out this survey because the handling of the claim is the real determinate of how effective, fair and hassle free the company really is
