This is a multi-trip annual plan that offers two trip length options. The Annual Frequent Traveler plan is designed for those who are taking multiple trips per year. The trips are not to exceed 30 days per trip and a total of 180 days in the annual term (travel durations of greater than 180 days are considered expatriates). The Annual Expatriate plan is designed for those who are traveling for extended periods or living full-time overseas. Therefore, single trips of greater than 90 days should get the Annual Expatriate plan. In addition, those who have total travel of greater than 180 days during the annual period should purchase this plan as well.
This MEDEX plan is available for purchase only before you have departed on your trip. If you have already departed on your trip, do not purchase this plan as you will not have any coverage.
