We had a major issue with IMG and InsureMyTrip. As we incurred additional travel expenses and requested increased coverage we received confirmations for the increases from InsureMyTrip but IMG was not billing my credit card due to some error in their systems. It took months to get this straightened out and then only with my constant intervention. I don't think InsureMyTrip was as helpful as it could have been in assisting me to resolve this with IMG.

I could only recommend the plan based on the fair price paid. Being that I was fortunate enough not to have the need to file a claim I cannot comment on any further issues. I will say the description of benefits was well described in the plan and can only hope that the company provides what it claims without any fine print issues, which normally negate claims afterwards.
