We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.

There was a delay in reimbursement on my medical claim. I needed an EOB from my Medicare Advantage Plan saying they wouldn't cover my medical expenses outside the US. Most US medical insurance plans don't cover medical expenses outside the US.
This is a minor point but they sent me two checks each covering half the claim amount: one to me who had the claim & the other to my wife. One check with both names on it would have been less confusing than two checks.
