The plan appears to be a great value (good coverage and fair price), but in all honesty, I cannot provide much of a review, as I did not need to utilize the insurance during my trip. I think the real test would be how well they handled any claims and or medical issues while in country. When you are traveling I hope you are in the same place as me, I.e. not having needed to use the medical insurance that you purchase. Safe Travels!

I felt really relaxed that if something would happen to me during my trip I would be covered and taken care off. I did at one point had to ask some questions in regard to a possible doctor's visit which I did not have to follow through on. When I called them they helped me through the process and answered all my questions. They were very helpful and they even called me back to make sure I was fine.

I purchased a policy with the "cancel for any reason" option. I ended up cancelling my trip several days before departure and after submitting the required paperwork, my claim was processed very quickly. I received the full amount requested with no hassles. Needless to say, I was surprised to have such a good experience with an insurance company and would definitely recommend them.

I was going on a trip to Kenya to do church mission work. I wanted a plan that covered everything including most of the cost of my trip if I had to cancel for any reason. I didn't have to cancel and knowing I spent about $250 to cover a trip that was thousands was worth it to me!

I felt safe with my insurance plan but, mutually fortunately, I won't need to make a claim. Considering the trip, I do not know if the deluxe plan was the most cost efficient ... however I was glad I had it in case something bad happened to me. The only real snag I experienced the entire time was with an extremely rude U.S. customs official when I returned to my home country.
