Love the website. So easy to use. Select coverages you want, compare rated companies side-by-side, get specific details, and compare prices. Select what you need and want, depending on your specific travel needs. Pay for policy and get your documents, all online! So good. I even called Customer Care, and they are always so nice, friendly, and helpful (even in emergencies). You can call toll free, 24 hours a day, regardless of where in the world you are. Always use this service for long international trips.

Didn't need to use at all, thank goodness. But then I feel like I wasted money having the insurance, hence why I never usually get travel insurance. Just being honest.
