Fortunately I didn't have to file any claims so it's hard to rate based on this trip. I did use Travel Insured for a trip planned in 2020 to France. Because of Covid, the trip had to be canceled, and with refunds from the event and coverage I had from Travel Insured, my entire trip was reimbursed so I was happy with the service back then.

I realized a conundrum that this and probably all travel insurance poses. I fell a week before I was to depart but neither my doctor nor any around the rural area in which I live had openings. I was able to get into an acupuncturist, physical therapist and masseuse, but none of them could replace a doctor's diagnosis. Fortunately, they all helped me enough that I could go on my vacation, but if I wasn't able to, the insurance would not have worked for me as you have to have an MD diagnosis you on the spot.

We caught Covid 2 weeks before departure. I called Trawick. Trawick required all kinds of documentation to just prove that we had the virus. We were prescribed Paxlovid. So we recovered quickly and went to Panama. But I won't use Trawick again. Their agent was pompous and very unhelpful!

Rescheduled my trip due to level 4 Covid19 rating and non travel advisory to my destination. I had to temporarily cancel/defer my trip & coverage policy to be rebooked later this year. Your company could not have been more helpful, professional & understanding. Certainly a rarity these days. I will be taking out coverage again at that time.

Fortunately we did not need to put in any claims. The policy was robust and gave us peace of mind knowing that if there were COVID issues we would have had coverage for the expenses.
