Only one claim analyst and it was so hard to get a hold of her. She kept saying it almost done but I had to call almost every other week to ask for status after waiting for 2 months. It took 3 months to get the check

Our trip went off without a hitch, so we did not have to file a claim after purchasing the plan. However, we had one trip in the past where my husband was hospitalized while traveling, and good trip insurance made a HUGE difference. So, we picked this plan because we knew it had all of the coverage we would need if something unforeseen happened.

I could not have insured my trip with a better company than Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. While on a cruise i fell ill and was quarantined for 6 days. Nationwide Mutual reimbursed me for the full amount that i was quarantined and paid for the medical that was not covered by my primary insurance. Nothing but praise for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. Very, very happy with their customer service, fairness and professionalism.
