Fortunately, the trip went off without a hitch but the security of having the TravelSafe Classic Plus insurance, which covered all possible mishaps, gave us peace of mind. Something happened with our luck on that trip and we had to file more than one claim. First one was for delayed luggage for the international flight. Second one was for broken luggage for another part of our trip. Both cases were handled relatively fast by AXA Assistance USA without any hassle and trouble. We provided all information required via email. Phone communication with agents on all occasions was very good: courteous and professional. I would re-use AXA Assistance USA in my future travels.

My wife got pneumonia while in Alaska. We had to cancel the remainder of our trip and change our departing flight and airport. When we contacted CSA Travel they were sympathetic and gave us all the information we needed to submit to receive benefits from our insurance policy. We received every dollar we submitted as a loss from the cancellation of our trip. The refund was hassle free and fast. Thank You CSA for a very smooth process after our disappointment of not being able to finish our trip. We will definitely use your service in the future.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute because of a death in our family. When I called to find out what was necessary to file a claim, the agent emailed me all of the necessary documents immediately. Once the required information was submitted, I received the payment for our claim within about 10 work days. We're certainly glad we had this coverage.
