It is hard to assess this InsureAssist TravCan plan since I did not have to file a claim. However we shopped for a plan that would be comprehensive in coverage for two travelers who come from different coasts and have a 10 year age difference. Both of us have concerns with our elderly parents, so the coverage had to apply to both travelers should either of our parents incur a need for us to care for them. While we had no need to file a claim, it appeared on the surface that this would fill the required need.

AXA Assistance USA Gold
I always turn to InsureMyTrip when I'm paying significant sums in advance for a trip (pricey airfare, cruises), and I always find exactly the policy I need. In this case, the AXA Assistance USA Gold plan provided the comprehensive blanket coverage I wanted for travel to the Middle East. It gave me the peace of mind that, no matter what might go wrong, I could get help and/or a refund of my airfare. Fortunately, I had no problems and did not have to contact them or file a claim.
