Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim so I can't comment on that process, which of course is the most important data point when deciding to buy from a particular provider. But I can say that the customer representatives were friendly and helpful when I called them with questions. As for the future, the fact that CSA coverage is "secondary" may make me consider a different plan next time; definitely do your homework about what type of coverage you need and what you are comfortable with.
