Quite dissatisfied with the overall experience with RoamRight. My trip to Cabo San Lucas was canceled due to Huricane Ordile in September 2014. I immediately contacted RoamRight for assistance. They were extremely inefficient and very poor with follow through on my claim. The claim was processed incorrectly the first time (which took just over 3 weeks; 4.5 weeks to receive the initial reimbursement). When I followed up with our claims adjuster (Chris Edwards) for clarification he said he would need to re-open our claim and investigate further. As an additional three weeks has passed, I followed up again and have received no update at all. The whole experience has been beyond frustrating and RoamRight has been less than helpful. Although I feel that traveler's insurance is necessary I would not recommend Insuremytrip or RoamRight for your insurance needs.
