Never used it, but did injure my knee and was unable to contact them on their 24 hour/Emergency Assistance Line. We tried a couple of times; we connected but the phone just rang and rang. It was about 6:30AM EST when we tried to call. Luckily we were staying in an AirBnB apartment and our host was able to direct us to a hospital ER room. We had to cancel our trip and make new flight arrangements home. I am following up with care here in the States, but if it would have been more serious, I am not very happy that we could not get any response. So not sure what we paid for. We have bought medical insurance through this website for over 12 years- typically 3 times a year. Never needed it, but not sure we will use it again since it seems we are paying for nothing.
