We only had one occasion to use the policy - one claim, but I was very impressed by the customer service on the front end of the claim experience. And submitting the claim was not overly complicated. On the back end, it took about three times as long as the company told me was their standard to determine whether to pay the claim and to actually pay it. And I had to pursue their response, but all's well that ends well - they paid the claim.
