I had a lost luggage problem which turned out to be a travel baggage delay. I sent an email on Monday 1:06 PM California time asking what Seven Corners travel baggage delay coverage would allow me to do? I had to wait for over 27 hours before someone responded. And it was basically a stalling tactic. They never answered my question and instead asked for the policy number, policy holder name and birthrate. I responded with the information and basically never heard from them again. They responded a week later to another of my email requesting their claim procedure. While I wasn't sick or in danger of dying, nevertheless it would have been nice for someone to respond to confirm that I could purchase some clean clothes. Their action is very unprofessional to say the least! It seems that they were more interested in making a profit than providing customer service. What good is their insurance if they don't want to honor it? This is my third time purchasing Seven Corners, but will not use them again in the future.
