Allianz Global Assistance
Allianz makes endless requests for more and more documentation and will not connect me with an agent to talk to as there is no more documentation I can supply. They set up successive hoops, and they are impossible to reach by phone, forcing customers to go through a series of push-button responses to reach an agent, then keeping the customer on a hold position for exactly thirty minutes before hanging up.
