in the end they covered all our claims but it took a month for them to process the claims and they made a mistake in the check amounts they sent us, which they are now correcting. It also was a hassle get proof of the flight delay. They said it was my responsibility to get this documentation, though the airline told me that most insurance companies get this info from airlines directly. They also sent me the wrong claims forms at first, causing more of my time to be wasted. At the end of the day, they were the cheapest, and I am getting paid for my claims. Just more of a hassle than I would have expected.
