Our plane was delayed 24 hours due to a problem that was not disclosed to us. We contacted concierge services to book us on another flight to make it in time to catch the ship. They were able to do that. We ended up on yet another flight...which was rescheduled, yet again.
This was not a financial claim, so no payments to us were expected or requested. The concierge did a terrific job for us and we are very, very satisfied. Travelers should be aware that concierge services have connections and know how to do this kind of thing.
