As this was my first major travel trip I really didn't know just what kind of coverage was needed. I talked with a Customer Care Rep and got what I felt were good, appropriate answers to all my questions and so was able to make a more informed decision about the coverage. Fortunately, I didn't need to make a claim, but it was a relief to know I would have some coverage/ help if needed.
