I am a world traveler for over 30 years and this was my first experience with your company. I found your customer service representatives to be very unprofessional and I feel your company is unethical in its practices. Purchasing trip insurance from your company was a total waste of time and money. I filed a claim and was treated like a second class citizen for doing so.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service that you received from CF Travel Insured when trying to report a claim. Upon receiving your review, we did try to contact you for more information so that we could assign an "Anytime Advocate" who would support you in the claims process especially if you believe a claim has been unfairly denied, but you did not reply.
Please accept our apologies. Although we do not know the reason for the misunderstanding, we did forward your comments to CF Travel Insured to check their phone records and review the call with their representatives.
