Generali Global Assistance Premium
Flights were cancelled due to bad weather. Called CSA and was given all of the information I needed to file a claim for our plan. Agent was very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase alternate travel arrangements at the airport and still make our cruise departure in time. We were reimbursed in a reasonable time frame after the trip and the claims process was smooth. We have been a regular customer of CSA and made a couple claims over the years. Based on this experience and past experiences, we will continue to be a customer for a long time.

Fortunately, the hurricanes did not cause a cancellation of the cruise, nor did I require any emergency evacuation. The peace of mind was worth the cost.

GoReady Insurance Choice
It was purchased for protection in case something would occur and I couldn't go on my trip. I was blessed and nothing happened so I did not have to use it. I personally feel it was expensive, but due to my age I felt I needed it.
