We recently had to make a claim due to a medical problem that occurred shortly before our planned trip. The claim was handled smoothly, with a minimum of paperwork required from us. Our payment was quite substantial, but the insurance claim was paid with no arguments or attempts to reduce our payment.

We would highly recommend the AXA Assistance USA Gold plan to others.

I’m thankful that I did not need to contact your service department or your claim unit,, but it was nice to know that I had all the necessary information if it were necessary to do so. Unfortunately as is with most insurance plans, you don't know how good the plan is until you have a claim. I did not have a claim, and as such, I could only give a neutral rating on satisfaction and level of coverage and important items.
