Since I did not need to file a claim, I cannot say for certain that this is great insurance. It gives peace of mind to have it, but until you need it, you don't really know how good it is.

The plan was reasonably priced and I believe it covered everything I needed. We were concerned about Covid 19 so chose this plan as it was included. However, in reading the policy it was a bit difficult to determine exactly what was covered (lodging if quarantined for example). Fortunately, we did not need it.

I did not know what to expect. I just knew that COVID and other traveling challenges could hapen and I wanted to have the peace of mind that I had some type of insurance. I made the decision to purchase 2 days before my trip and it was a price decision mostly. Did they have some type of coverage, would they help of I tested positive for Covid in Cozumel and what would I need to do.
