GoReady Insurance Choice Family Plan
I contacted April when I got locked out of my rental car to see if my policy covered locksmith services and did not receive any call back from the company. I later found out I did not have coverage for locksmiths on my policy but I would have appreciated a return phone call.

Because I didn't need to file a claim I don't really have an opinion. This insurance was maybe 30% less cost than what was offered through Norwegian Cruise Lines, but I think it also had fewer benefits.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
Our son got an ear infection while we were on vacation. Help with this involved a long phone conversation to get ducks in order. Once this was accomplished, the doctor responded by phone in a timely fashion and helped our son. We were thankful for their assistance.

I thought the pricing was fair compared to other providers for the same coverage. As I did not file a claim, I can not comment upon the responsiveness to that. However, I found the representatives to be very helpful and knowledgeable when I was placing the coverage and any time I had a question thereafter.
