Generali Global Assistance Standard
We had delayed baggage and had to buy a couple of days' worth of clothes from a local mall booth-vendor. All cash and no receipt. Based on the other evidences I submitted (photos, emails, etc.) Generali approved my request for reimbursement promptly. Couldn't ask for more.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
Although I always purchase travel insurance, fortunately we never have had to use it. We choose wisely during the purchase stage so I can only comment on insuremytrip. It is an excellent user friendly website with good policies and good prices.
