I did shop around for the best deal and AIG Travel Guard seemed to meet all my requirements and for a reasonable price. I hope if I ever had to place a claim that I would still feel this way.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Lite
We didn’t get to use the insurance (which is the idea!) but it gave us peace of mind all throughout our trip and for that I believe it’s worth it! We did have trip delays and cancellations in our trip to Italy and C&F was fast and efficient in processing our claim... we have an upcoming trip to Croatia and this is the same travel insurance we used!!! Recommended!!!

Travel insurance is paramount when you are traveling overseas because there is no way of knowing if or when an accident or injury will occur and the medical costs associated with that event can be very expensive. Having insurance to cover those costs at a reasonable price is just good common sense and well worth the expense and peace of mind. AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
The plan is fine. AIG's delivery of benefits is not. I had to cancel a trip to Greece on doctor's orders. I filed all the papers, answered followup requests and was told there was a backlog of claims. One month has elapsed with no further word. Not a good testimonial for AIG!

I found General Global to offer a fair price and a user friendly way to apply for coverage. The plan offered coverage for the most important aspects of any trip. When I had to modify the plan to include a destination the agents were responsive and helpful. I would use this coverage for future trips.
