Unfortunately, we were unable to travel as planned because of a medical emergency two days before our departure. We knew we had travel insurance, and we THOUGHT this insurance included trip cancellation coverage. Unfortunately it did not. We are experienced travelers, and have purchased travel insurance from you many times. We are still not sure how we managed to purchase a plan without trip cancellation. I noted at the bottom of the email sent by Frontier there was a paragraph about "optional cancellation" coverage. I would just encourage consumers to carefully review the provisions included in the plan before you purchase, and to not hesitate to call the company to ask questions!
