June 14 I just sent in my claim for medical aboard ship and lost bag when departure between ship and air port. Now I will find out how good they are. The claim I turned in was taken care of in about 8 days after sending in claim VERY satisfied.

We did not have to use the coverage but I made sure it had terrorist coverage which seems necessary for travel today. Hopefully it would allow us to cancel if there had been an act where we were going.

A 5-star review of the buying process tells me very little. Yes, it is easy to get the info needed to make a purchase that suits one’s needs, but that is not what I need to see in a review.The most important thing to know is how the insurer performs at claim time. If there is no claim, there really isn’t anything useful to review. We did not have a claim, so we don’t have anything useful to say.
