I did not need to use this plan but having the peace of mind was worth the price. A companion traveling with me tripped in port and had to receive a stitch from the medical services on board the ship, total for one stitch and stich removal was about 800 dollars. He was glad he had trip insurance!

Fortunately, we did not need the insurance coverage we purchased, b ut it was good to know it was there if we did.
