Although I fortunately didn't have to make a claim, the policy seemed to offer appropriate coverage for a reasonable price. I had occasion to contact customer service in order to request modifications to our names and addresses and our beneficiaries, and each time I received prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Prime
Suggestion: Email JUST the contract # and emergency CBR tel # preferably within 5 days of trip start.
Then the customer can send it out, without all the paperwork, to their emergency contact(s).
