My wife was seriously injured on a trip to India and Bhutan. We missed two days of activities on the tour and this insurance company, AXA, reimbursed for those days. There was no fuss, no argument, just cooperation and payment. This is the best.

I called Travelex with questions and I got either "no" or "you'll have to speak with another department". Typical insurance company uselessness.
