While I did not file a claim, I did have a problem because I ran out of one of my medications on a Sunday in Vienna. I called the number provided for problems, and the person whoresponded did try to help me. She suggested that I ask the hotel concierge if she could be of assistance locally, but meanwhile she would see what she could do from her end. In fact, the hotel clerk was able to round up a doctor and a pharmacy,and all was well.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector
Satisfaction with the plan was rated 4-star as I did not need to submit a claim. Rationale why the policy was needed: I wanted to obtain a medical and evacuation policy. Though I did not need it for trip cancellation and interruption (I used points for the airfare and my credit card provided some degree of trip cancellation and interruption coverage, this policy came with it, which was a nice bonus. In addition, I was not seeking a Cadillac plan - just a policy for some coverage in the unlikely event of a terrorist event in the destination cities. Finally, the cost was extremely reasonable for my spouse and myself.

Seven Corners Liaison Travel Basic
I didn't have to file any claim. The price was very reasonable for the coverage provided, but since I had no problems that required a claim I am unable to rate the plan.

Insurance is only as good as it handles a claim. I killed my camera, April handled the claim fairly in a month. Communications before I submitted the claim were very prompt and helpful.

We do offer plans that can provide coverage for a variety of different expenses if your flight is delayed. As you mention, our Travel Delay coverage requires a six hour delay or longer in order to provide reimbursement for certain out-of-pocket expenses you might incur while delayed, such as lodging, meals and local transportation. However, if your flight is delayed due to adverse weather, mechanical breakdown of your aircraft, or an organized labor strike, our Trip Interruption coverage can typically reimburse for additional transportation costs you may incur to return home or rejoin your group in addition to any prepaid non-refundable expenses that you had to forfeit as a result of the delay, regardless of its length. We never discourage our customers from filing claims, even if it appears the plan would be unable to provide coverage for you. We hope you’ll consider updating your review.
