Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with the policy. It is true that this particular plan does not have Itinerary Change and Port of Call in the schedule of benefits.
For future reference, InsureMyTrip does offer plans that contain Itinerary Change coverage, and we also have cruise specific products underwritten Nationwide which offer Itinerary Change - Port of Call, Itinerary Change - Inconvenience, and Itinerary Change - Pre-Paid Excursion benefits. We put off purchasing our travel insurance and were happy to get such a great price so close to our departure. It is worth the peace of mind to purchase insurance, although no one really wants to spend that extra money. Thankfully, we didn't need it, but it was nice to know we had a back up in the case of an emergency or trip delay.
