I appreciated your email saying you received my documents. However, no one contacted me about needing additional information until I made the contact after several weeks. I was then informed about the additional information. The person taking the call was very respectful and polite, but was extremely difficult to understand because of an accent and speed of talking. That was extremely frustrating.

Fortunately, I did not have to use the coverage but I was certainly not anxious about being in a foreign country and getting sick or somehow hurting myself. Going out of the country it is important to me to have medical coverage and transportation back to the US.

We buy this plan every time we leave the country. So far we have not had to use it, but we feel good that we will be covered it something comes up. It is more reasonable than other plans we have looked at with the same coverage , and everyone I have talked with at the company has been very helpful.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
I appreciated the fact that when my wife was ill and our trip's travel dates were changed that the insurance would change to the new dates. That is good customer service.

However, I do not understand why there was an additional charge for making the change. Thanks. Paul
