AIG Travel Travel Guard MedEvac Plan
Purchased international health insurance including medical evacuation and fortunately did not need to use it. It did give me peace of mind for our trip though!

MEDEX SafeTrip - Single-Trip
My wife and I were on a week-long birding trip. She had her left wrist in a cast, and we were a little concerned if something happened, a fall, for instance, she would need to get specialized care. The only coverage we needed was emergency evacuation, and MEDEX coverage fit the bill for us, and gave us a bit of peace of mind. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the service, but it was good to have, nonetheless.

    Although you are correct in stating that the Atlas International plan "was good comprehensive coverage for peace of mind" during your trip, it is not one of the Comprehensive plans that are also available for purchase on our website. In addition to medical and emergency medical evacuation coverage, Comprehensive plans also offer coverage such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage, and baggage delay.
