I bought the policy thinking I may not be able to go because of work, but I ended up getting sick and was not able to travel. I had to go to the hospital to get a doctor's note, but was able to file the claim with the supporting documentation, and they covered the cost of the airline ticket change fee and one night of non-refundable lodging. I spent twenty minutes on the phone between two calls, and received a check within a month of filing. I did not think I would need it, but glad I had it.
