Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
Very reasonable price for the substantial coverage provided. Appears to be one of the best travel insurance values around. Includes excellent (secondary) emergency medical coverage and medical evacuation. Unfortunately, I had a NON-emergency medical visit at a local U.S. Virgin Islands clinic which did not accept my regular medical insurance (the "primary" insurance under this policy) so I had to pay $321 out-of-pocket.

Like every other travel insurance policy I have ever purchased, this one worked fine: I didn't use it. It seems very expensive for something I never use, but if I didn't have one, THAT would be the time I would need it.
