Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection ExactCare
My wife's luggage was delayed 5 days on our outbound trip. It was a horrible situation, made worse by Delta Airlines incompetence. The agent we spoke with at Berkshire Hathaway was terrific! She repeated called the airlines and was instrumental in pushing them to finally locate the luggage after their mishandling EVERYTHING! Thank you BK for having caring and capable people.Our representative should receive a special commendation.

Fortunately, I did not have to file a claim as my trip went as planned. I filed a claim for medical reimbursement and also a missed connection. I received the payments for what I filed for, though it took several months after the paperwork was filed to have the claim reviewed and have my check. Though some of the documentation from my travel agent was lacking in detail, I still believe they took a long time to process as I have another claim in for another trip (with excellent documentation) that is taking a while to process.
