Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
I choose Nationwide because I have another insurance account with this company and they have always been easy to work with and reliable, I would purchase this plan again.

We use this plan for every cruise - I wish there was an annual plan.
On several occasions the ports changed and this is covered on this plan.
If we miss a port, pre paid tours are also covered.

We do not offer any multi-trip annual plans that allow you to insure the cost of your trip, but we have Multi-Trip Medical policies which provide annual medical coverage for multiple trips throughout the year. All policies have trip length restrictions of either 30 or 70 days and will only cover international trips. I had a medical emergency while on an Alaskan Cruise. Getting a response from the company (how to file a claim, required documentation, etc.) was kind of slow, 2-3 weeks to answer an e-mail, but the claim was paid with no issues. Nationwide had the best price for my needed coverage. Overall a great value.

Unfortunately my trip was interrupted with the flu. We were restricted to our stateroom for two days.
This insurance paid for all medical costs on the ship as well as two days of the ship's fare while we were restricted.
Very pleased with the plan. It took a bit over 30 days to receive payment, but that's to be expected with any insurance plan.
