I bought my plan around 1/26/2020 for my trip to Hong Kong , but due to the Cronoa-Virus in China, ive to cancel my trip to Hong kong, I was afraid I won't able go to work after I came back from Hong Kong due to the virus, and then I've cancelled my entire trip, call the customer service, rep told me this Cronoa-Virus was not cover with my insurance, I mean thats why I bought my insurance for, but anyway ,I not recommend for the trip insurance, is just waste money
