It’s hard to rate something you never had to take advantage of. I felt the coverage was what I needed but I always worry that if I need to file a claim that I won’t get all the information you need and it will be rejected. Seems when issues pop up everything moves so quickly and things get forgotten.

The comfort of knowing that in an emergency I would have coverage needed for my special medical situation made my trip even more spectacular! The help I got with choosing the appropriate plan and the most cost efficient was awesome!

We used the emergency medical assistance service. The customer service rep was very helpful, but the case manager in the foreign country failed to response to theirs/our request. So despite the state side support, we were unable to obtain a referral for the medical care we needed.

I never went on the trip filed a claim with Doctors letter etc. No response from Global Assistance and they did nothing except kept my money to them. A scam do not use them.

We filed a small claim (under $500) for lost luggage, and you denied it. Your product is a scam and your company is a sham if you won’t pay out a small claim for 4 days worth of clothing. Shame on you.

I don't know how to respond to this survey as we didn't submit a claim and therefore have no idea how good your customer service is. It seemed like adequate coverage when I bought it and I'm glad i didn't have to test it.
